Jim Miller founded Performance Asset Management after years as a Wisconsin rental investor paying property managers who underdelivered. He has roughly two decades in the industry and has spent 17 years building PAM around investor-aligned fees, clear reporting and a resident-first approach. He still takes the 15-minute calls with prospective clients himself.
